The SiS Nitrate Gels are packed full of carbohydrate and nitrate to give you the boost you need during an intense workout session, a ride, or a run. The gels taste great with naturally sweet, fruity flavourings. The nitrate content is also sourced from Rhubarb Juice Concentrate and Amaranthus Leaf Extract for an extra natural feel.

The gels carbohydrate content keeps you energised. Meanwhile, the nitrate content maintains elevated levels of blood nitrate levels and therefore reduces the oxygen cost of exercise.

Directions for Use
Consume 1-2 Performance Nitrate Gels 60-90 minutes into endurance exercise. To use the gels simply tear off the top of the packaging and consume – there is no need to mix with water.

Storage
