Each 60ml shot of the SiS Performance Nitrate contains 500mg of nitrate which is uniquely sourced from Rhubarb Juice Concentrate and Amaranthus Leaf Extract. The shot is a great way to nitrate load before an event and makes for a great tasting shot. 

Directions for Use
Drink 1-2 Performance Nitrate Shots per day as part of nitrate loading protocol in the 1-3 days prior to an event, consuming 1g total nitrates per day on these days. Performance Nitrate Shots can also be used as a pre-event shot, taken 2-3 hours before the start time.

Storage
Shake before use. Store in cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
