Fit

The Nike Zoom Elite+ 5 is designed to feel light while keeping the foot securely in place. Mesh along the upper helps minimise the overall weight of the shoe while providing excellent ventilation. Super thin synthetic leather overlays hug the foot into place for a stable, comfortable feel.

Cushioning

Since the ball of the foot takes a lot of impact during runs, the Nike Zoom Elite+ 5 has a thin yet springy Nike Zoom unit in the forefoot. It helps provide cushioning while absorbing impact. The Cushlon crash pad runs three-quarters the length of the midsole and helps absorb shock, especially for runners who strike in the midfoot.
