Jogpods are specially designed running/jogging sessions of great music, combined with live narration from top UK personal trainer, Michael Warren.
Each session begins with a 5 minute warm up, and ends with a 5 minute warm down. This allows you to prepare the body for the main working phase of the sessions and helps against future injury and muscle strain.
The main working phase of the sessions are energising and motivating and are one or a combination of 'Steady State', 'Interval', 'Tempo', 'Race Pace' & 'Easy Jog' profiles.
The music represents each profile in BPM (beats per minute) and the personal training offers 'Advice & Coaching', 'Focus Tips' & 'Motivation'.
